I remember St Mark's Square when we were in Germany..we took a trip to Italy..Much different than yours...in 1957..there were no hotels or motels..We camped. We didn't have the children with
us..left them with friends..Mark was just a baby and Treva 2 years older.
You are looking good...even though it was a little cold.
Phil and Kat have been looking at your blog every so often. Received e-mails from them today..
quote from Phil
"yes, I have been reading them; surprising how many of the places I have been to, and how little they have changed in 45 years, such as istanbul!"
I also just received an e-mail from one of the couples that were on our trip with us. We were all Christians and we were so united that it seemed liked we were our only church..most were from Oregon, some from Washington..and one family from Alberta Canada. He was a doctor and had his own clinic there...Four children were with them..3 girls 17,15,12 and one boy 14...They were all home schooled and the whole family was baptised in the Jordon River while we were there.
Talk to you later
Love, Sandra
