Beautiful...
This month is Missions Month at church..Missions is emphasized quite strongly at our church..has been ever since the church started. I was telling you about the Barkers in the Philipines (Mindonao) ...last night at our missions banquet..(200 people there) we talked and saw the Barkers by skyhype (that is not spelled right) through the internet..they were projected on the main screen in the scantuary..could see them and talk with them..They had been watching us all the time during the banquet and hearing the speaker. It was early Monday moring there and Sunday night here..They don't have glass on their windows there just screens..so we could even hear the birds chirping.
Our Missions faith promise budget goal this year is $180,000.
We had rain Saturday night, some snow..but was 35 degrees and cleared up Sunday afternoon. Tornados in the south..Alabama I heard. This winter has been quite a winter..where is global warming?
Sherlund has only played glof once this winter ..usually plays a lot..has done a lot of puzzles.
We are getting ready to take over the management of our Townhome Assoc...Sherlund is working with the budget committee today..
I am studying Daniel in Bible study.
Talk to you later..
